La Paulée is my homage to La Paulée de Meursault, a convivial Burgundian fête shared by growers and their guests. At La Paulée de New York 2015, guests sampled current releases and older vintages from some of the most sought-after domaines of Burgundy. The wine service was led by over fifty of our nation's notable sommeliers.
La Paulée de New York 2015 continued the tradition of serving guests some of the world's greatest wines with cuisine from a selection of extraordinary chefs. Chef d'Honneur Daniel Boulud, Chef Daniel Humm, Chef Markus Glocker, Chef Chad Brauze, Chef Dominique Ansel, and guest Chefs Michel & César Troisgros of the acclaimed Maison Troisgros in Roanne, France, joined forces to collaborate on the year's menus.
We were also delighted to announce the return of Burgundy Week, which again took place around the country. Some of America’s top restaurants joined in the celebration of La Paulée.
