La Paulée de San Francisco: March 12-15, 2014
La Paulée is my homage to La Paulée de Meursault, a convivial Burgundian fête shared by growers and their guests. At La Paulée, guests sample current releases and older vintages from the most sought-after domaines of Burgundy. The wine service is led by over fifty of our nation's most noted sommeliers.
La Paulée de San Francisco 2014 will continue the tradition of serving guests the world’s greatest wines with cuisine from the world's finest chefs. Chef d’Honneur Daniel Boulud, host chef Michael Mina, and guest chef César Troisgros of the legendary Maison Troisgros in Roanne, France, will join a brigade of local star chefs to collaborate on this year’s unforgettable menus.
We are also delighted to announce the return of Burgundy Week, which this year will take place not only in San Francisco, but also simultaneously in New York. Both cities’ top restaurants will be joining in the celebration of La Paulée. You can find out more about participating restaurants’ programs on our Burgundy Week page.
I invite you to come experience the magic of Burgundy’s wines, people and bonhomie at La Paulée de San Francisco.
