
My vision for La Paulée was born from my desire to bring the generosity, camaraderie and deliciousness of Burgundy from rural France to America. Great Burgundies are a joy, meant to be shared and enjoyed without pretense. I am extremely pleased by how, year after year, La Paulée creates unique opportunities for Burgundy enthusiasts both new and old to appreciate the world’s finest wines paired with exquisite cuisine.
From that same desire to spread the bonhomie of the Burgundian table to an ever-greater audience, I present the inaugural La Paulée de San Francisco Burgundy Week. These fine restaurants have partnered with La Paulée in committing to featuring a special selection of Burgundies on their wine lists and menus from February 13th-24th.
